The Committee considered Poland’s second periodic report regarding articles 10-12 of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights in 1989. During the session, the Polish representative provided information on ‘the problem of narcotics and AIDS’ in Poland, in response to questions from the Committee (paragraph 51).
