The Committee issued these concluding observations in 2010, after considering the combined fourth and fifth periodic reports of the Netherlands. In paragraph 26, the Committee notes that it did not receive ‘clear and detailed information’ on drug use in the country, and it requests that the Netherlands include, in its next periodic report, detailed information and statistical data on drug consumption, trafficking, and the availability of drug dependence therapy, including for detainees.
