The Committee issued these concluding observations in 2011, after its consideration of Germany’s fifth periodic report. In paragraph 35, the Committee requests that Germany include in its next periodic report information on the prevalence of drug use in the country as well as the impact of Germany’s efforts to prevent drug use and addiction among youth.
