UN Human Rights Committee: Concluding Observations on Sri Lanka (1995)

In the concluding observations on Sri Lanka, the Committee expressed its concern that it was possible to impose death penalty for drug-related crimes, stressing that some of these offences do not appear to be the most serious crimes as set out in the Covenant.
