Mork v Germany (App no 31047/04 and 43386/08) ECHR 9 June 2011

The applicant, Hermann Walter Mork, is a German nationals who was born in 1955. He is currently being kept in preventive detention in Aachen Prison (Germany) after serving prison sentences for drug trafficking. Relying in particular on Article 5 § 1 (right to liberty and security), the applicant complains about preventive detention beyond serving his sentences.
