The applicant, Mr. Marius Lalas, is a Lithuanian national who is currently in hiding. Mr. Lalas complains that he was incited by the undercover police agent to sell drugs, and, subsequently, was arrested and sentenced to three years of imprisonment. He also complains that certain documents proving that the police was acting through undercover agents were disclosed during the trial. He relies on the right to a fair trial.
