The applicant, Mr. Dmitry Samsonnikov, Russian national who was born in Estonia in 1978 and was permanently residing there since that time. In May 2011 he was convicted for drug-related offences and was expelled to Russia. The applicant relies on the right to respect for private and family life, and complains that the expulsion has separated him from his partner and his father who both live in Estonia.
