UN Committee on the Rights of the Child, Concluding Observations on Bosnia and Herzegovina (2012)

The Committee issued these concluding observations in 2012 after its consideration of the periodic reports of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It expresses concerns about the widespread use of alcohol, tobacco and illegal drug consumption remains widespread among adolescents.

It recommends collecting data on the consumption of alcohol, tobacco and illegal drugs among adolescents, and effectively prohibit the sale of such products to children (paragraphs 58 & 59).
