Casualties of War: How the War on Drugs is harming the world’s poorest, Catherine Martin (2015)

The report examines the relationship that drug policy has with poverty. It concludes by stressing the role that the development sector has to play in tackling the fight against poverty, and how the failure to engage in addressing drug policy will undermine attempts to strengthen health systems, and damage the social and economic foundation communities need to improve health.
