This document provides an insight into the actions taken by the Kosovo Government in relation to drug control. The aims of this Strategy are to reduce the offer and the supply of narcotics, to minimize the risks associated with drug use, to ensure cooperation between institutions at national and international level and to conduct researches and data collection.
However, this strategy supports stricter penalty policies and the punishment of those committing drug trafficking crimes.
