The Special Rapporteur mentions one allegation regarding the situation in the Republic of Moldova, in relation to which concerns are expressed regarding the negative impact of the Deep and Comprehensive Free Tare Area (DCFTA) on the continued enjoyment of the right to health and access to essential medicines.
