The HRDP launches its first briefing paper series providing a human rights legal analysis of the intersections between UN human rights mandates and drug control.  These briefing papers offer UN human rights institutions, States, and civil society advocates tools to promote drug policy as an issue deserving further thematic attention within the UN human rights system.
