UN Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights: Concluding Observations on Mexico (1993)

Date: 10 December 1993

The Committee adopted these concluding observations after consideration of Mexico’s second periodic report in 1993. In paragraph 232, the Committee expresses concern at the situation of many children, particularly abandoned or street children, who are unable to enjoy all of their Covenant rights and are especially vulnerable to drug addiction, sexual exploitation, and other abuse.
