Nothing About Us, Without Us: Manifesto by People who Use Illicit Drugs, International Network of People who Use Drugs (2008)

This joint report examines the importance of including those who use or have used illegal drugs in responding to HIV and HCV.  Included in this examination are how this inclusion can be accomplished as well as a manifesto by drug users demanding their inclusion in decisions which affect their lives.

The report is also available in a Russian language edition, focusing on Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
