Ajeng Larasati is a Research Associate at the International Centre on Human Rights and Drug Policy. She has a range of experience using the law to advance the human rights of marginalised groups. Most recently, she was Programme Coordinator with LBH Masyarakat, a human rights organisation based in Jakarta, Indonesia. She managed the organisation’s advocacy, research, and projects on the issue of HIV/AIDS, human rights, and drug policy. She also served as a member on the Indonesian Technical Assistance on Human Rights and Gender, for the Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria.
Ajeng is currently studying for her LLM in Economic, Social and Cultural Rights at the University of Essex as a Chevening Scholar.
